Shipping Information

01: Shipping Origin

All US orders are shipped from the US to the US.

All other orders are shipped from our warehouse in Slovenia.

02: Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to the following markets:

- United States

- European Union

- Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway and the United Kingdom

- Canada

- Australia and New Zealand

- Israel

- Japan, China, Hong Kong, Philippines, South Korea and Taiwan

 

03: Shipping Rates

For deliveries to United States and European Union, we offer three shipping options:

Economy (USPS, UPS, Landmark, Packeta,) - 5 to 10 business days

Standard (USPS, UPS, Landmark, Packeta) - 3 to 6 business days

Express (USPS, UPS, DHL Express, FedEx) - 1 to 2 business days

 

For deliveries to other markets:

Economy (Post of Slovenia, Landmark) - 7 to 12 business days

Express (DHL Express, FedEx) - 2 to 4 business days

 

04: Free Shipping Threshold

We currently offer Free Economy shipping for orders above $150.

 

05: Customs and Import Fees

Non-US orders (international) are always shipped from Slovenia (EU). This means deliveries to countries without a trade agreement in place can result in additional taxation upon reaching the border.

Those fees largely depend on the destination country and are NOT included in the shipping price. As per our shipping policy, they are required to be cleared by the customer.

Orders refused due to uncleared custom duties will not be treated as a return. The refund will be processed at our Customer Service agents' discretion.

06: Trying to order from another country?

If you find yourself wanting to order, but aren't from one of our markets - send us an email at support@deltahub.io and we'll see if we can arrange a delivery to your address.
